Yes! You do not have to work in our greenhouse to receive employment services. We help people explore their interests, prepare for employment, find jobs with local businesses, and receive support on the job when needed.

No. Our goal is to help people with disabilities find competitive, integrated employment in the community. This means working alongside people with and without disabilities and earning the same wage as others doing similar work.

It’s different for everyone. The timeline depends on your interests, skills, availability, support needs, and the jobs available in the community. We work with you throughout the process to find a job that is a good fit, not just the first job available.

No. We work with people at many different stages, including those who have never had a job before.

Yes. If you need support, a job coach can help you learn your job, build confidence, communicate with your employer, and become more independent at work.

Our employment programs are designed for individuals with disabilities. Eligibility and funding depend on the program. Contact us and we can help you figure out what services may be available to you.

Many of our services are funded through Missouri Vocational Rehabilitation or the Missouri Department of Mental Health, Division of Developmental Disabilities. We can help you understand where to start.

There isn’t one specific type. We help people pursue jobs that match their interests and strengths. We have helped people find jobs at Sutherlands, Wal-Mart, Mosaic, the City of Maryville, Taco Bell, Casey’s and many more.

It can, but working does not automatically mean losing your benefits. There are laws that protect disability benefits so that you can find a job and work without worrying about losing your health or cash benefits.
