Navigating disability services and benefits can be confusing. We can help individuals and families understand available community resources and programs, including SSI, Medicaid, and how working may affect benefits.

Most Lettuce Dream services are funded through Missouri Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) or the Department of Mental Health, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DMH-DD). We also partner with area schools and the Nodaway County SB40 Board. Services are generally provided at no cost to the participant when authorized through the above funding sources.
We currently serve Nodaway, Worth, Gentry, Andrew, Holt and Atchison counties in northwest Missouri.
There is currently no wait list for services.

There is no cost to employers for our services.
Our team can assist with onboarding, job coaching, workplace accommodations, and ongoing support for both the employee and employer. Our support doesn’t just end on the first day of work. We’re available as needs change over time.
