Grown year round in Maryville, Missouri, our produce travels from our greenhouse to stores, restaurants and customers throughout the region. Every purchase supports our mission of creating opportunities for people with disabilities.

from our farm to your table

Our hydroponic greenhouse combines technology and sustainable agriculture to grow fresh produce year-round. Instead of soil, plants receive water and nutrients through a carefully managed, recirculating system. Our controlled greenhouse environment allows us to use less water and space, reduce exposure to pests and weather, and grow fresh, local produce efficiently. Our greenhouse is GAP Certified, meaning we follow recognized Good Agricultural Practices for food safety throughout our growing and harvesting process.

BUTTERHEAD

Soft, tender leaves with a mild, buttery flavor. Perfect for salads, sandwiches, wraps, and lettuce cups.

romaine

Crisp, crunchy, and refreshing with a slightly sweet flavor. A favorite for salads, sandwiches, and fresh wraps.

basil

Aromatic, sweet basil with large, vibrant leaves. Ideal for pesto, pasta, pizza, sandwiches, mocktails and homemade sauces.

microgreens

Young, nutrient-dense greens with exceptional flavor. Great for salads, sandwiches, smoothies, soups, and as a colorful garnish.
